The expansion comes as the lines between technology and financial services continue to converge. AI is reshaping how companies are built, financed and operated, while private capital is playing an increasingly important role in funding the infrastructure and businesses driving that transformation. Before joining the communications industry, she was a technology, media and telecommunications reporter at Reuters, where she covered Silicon Valley and the companies, investors and dealmaking shaping the technology sector. "Technology, AI and private markets are increasingly interconnected, and that convergence plays directly to Prosek's strengths," said Jen Prosek. "We already have meaningful relationships in the region, and establishing a permanent presence allows us to invest behind them while building the next phase of our firm's growth." "Prosek has strong momentum in San Francisco, and I'm excited to build on it," said Nadia Damouni. "The Bay Area is home to some of the fastest growing companies and investors in the world, and we want to be on the ground helping them strengthen their brands and navigate change. We're looking forward to bringing the very best of Prosek to this region." The San Francisco office will provide clients with access to Prosek's full suite of integrated capabilities, including strategic communications, investor relations, capital markets and transaction communications, crisis and issues management, public affairs, digital, brand and creative services. Prosek has an established list of clients with significant Bay Area presences, including Oracle, Francisco Partners, FTV Capital and Asia Alternatives.
