Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must be actively pursuing Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification and demonstrate progress toward meeting Behavior Analyst Certification Board eligibility requirements.
  • Two years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance.
  • Candidates must provide proof of a negative tuberculosis test and pre-employment physical exam, and have or receive immunities to measles, mumps, and rubella and varicella-zoster virus during onboarding.
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
  • Candidates must be able to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Candidates must frequently transition between floor and standing positions throughout the workday.
  • Candidates must actively engage with children and move quickly within home, clinic, school, and community settings to ensure client safety and provide effective support.
  • Candidates must respond appropriately to challenging behaviors and implement behavior intervention strategies.
  • Candidates must lift, move, or assist children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Candidates must use a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device for documentation, communication, and data collection.
  • Candidates must travel between client locations and perform the essential functions of the position in various environments.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure they implement treatment plans with fidelity.
  • Conduct field visits and regular observations, either in person or via telehealth, to monitor service-delivery quality.
  • Provide supervision to assigned cases and clinical supervision to behavioral therapists at all levels.
  • Review and analyze data to monitor client progress and determine intervention effectiveness.
  • Make necessary program modifications under the direction of a clinical manager, including adjusting goals, teaching strategies, and behavior interventions.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training and education on behavior interventions and techniques to promote consistency across environments.
  • Stay updated on and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and other governing bodies.
  • Travel to clients' homes and between client locations.
  • Work occasional weekend hours when required.
