  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years life insurance experience and/or LOMA matriculation is desirable
  • Annuity and/or SPIA (Single Premium Immediate Annuity) experience, preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Review applications and contracts
  • Verify business submitted is in good order
  • Issue policies/contracts in accordance with guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Process and prepare new business vouchers
  • Review and issue insurance/annuity applications
  • Provide assistance over the phone to field personnel
  • Process and monitor 1035 Exchanges
  • Provide daily reports to Senior Management
  • Process returned applications
  • Correct errors on issued policies and re-issue as appropriate
