About the job
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Experience taking projects from inception through completion.
- Expertise developing and delivering multi-tier enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on technical experience with Java Standard Edition and Java Platform, Enterprise Edition web-based user interfaces, Rich Internet Applications, and n-tier application architectures.
- Strong knowledge of HyperText Markup Language, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets, and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML.
- Experience with Java-based web application environments and frameworks, including Apache, Tomcat, Eclipse, and Spring.
- Strong Structured Query Language skills and working knowledge of database interaction with SQL Server, views, stored procedures, and functions.
- Skill in object-oriented programming, software design, and testing methodologies.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to design and coding problems.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, across project teams, and independently.
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and deliver multi-tier enterprise applications.
- Provide legacy application support.
- Work on projects from inception through completion.
- Knowledge of Web 2.0 JavaScript libraries, including SmartClient and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML.
- Knowledge of .NET.
