Requirements
  • Maintain active membership in the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Hold ACLS, adult CPR, NRP, CTAS, and rhythm-monitoring qualifications.
  • Have at least two years of emergency nursing experience.
  • Have intensive care experience.
Responsibilities
  • Perform triage.
  • Work in the observation room.
  • Provide care with an on-call physician.
  • Perform resuscitation.
  • Provide trauma care.
  • Provide pediatric care.
  • Coordinate inter-hospital transfers.
  • Provide intensive care.
  • Use arrhythmia monitoring.
