Requirements
  • You must be an enrolled student, for example in education, media design, German studies, information science, media informatics, or a comparable creative, didactic, or digital field.
  • You should work in a structured and precise manner and have a strong feel for language.
  • You should have an eye for design, user experience, and visual quality.
  • You should be interested in working with authoring tools and editing software.
  • You should be willing to learn new tools and creative processes.
  • Initial experience creating learning materials, performing editorial work, or contributing to multimedia projects is desirable.
  • Initial exposure to the insurance industry or insurance products is desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of digital learning modules using authoring tools.
  • Assist with planning, producing, and post-processing explanatory videos, film recordings, and podcasts.
  • Create test questions and process plans.
  • Support smaller artificial-intelligence-assisted tasks such as wording, layout ideas, and research.
  • Research and select suitable images for e-learning content and adapt and simply edit visuals.
  • Support media preparation for courses, videos, and presentations.
  • Review learning modules for comprehensibility, structure, logic, and user-friendliness.
  • Test functions, navigation, and interactions.
  • Create structured feedback and document optimization suggestions.
  • Conduct content research on product information, internal processes, and regulatory topics.
  • Support internal users with course access and content-related questions.
