StoneX acquires Colombian green coffee processor and exporter Integra.

StoneX acquires Colombian green coffee processor and exporter Integra. * Top News * October 13, 2026 * 85 Global financial services and commodities firm StoneX Group has announced its agreement to acquire Integra, a Colombian green coffee processor and exporter, which will enhance StoneX's coffee operations within Colombia. This acquisition will be executed through StoneX's trading business situated in Switzerland, integrating Integra into the StoneX Supply and Trading division focused on physical commodities. The financial details of the agreement remain undisclosed. Integra, established in 2015 by coffee trader Manuel Rueda, operates its La Bonita coffee mill located in Amagá, Antioquia, approximately 40 kilometers from Medellín. Additionally, Integra has a sales operation in Miami, alongside a sourcing network spanning regions including Cauca, Huila, Tolima, Risaralda, and Quindío. The company made its initial exports to the U.S. in 2016 and subsequently invested in the La Bonita mill, reporting an export volume of around 100,000 60-kilogram bags in 2020, which increased to over 200,000 bags by 2022. The La Bonita mill holds several certifications, including Organic, Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade International, Fair Trade USA 4C, and Colombia's Protected Geographical Indication, further emphasizing its commitment to quality and sustainability. For StoneX, this transaction represents an acquisition of an established export operation and physical processing facility. The deal is seen as a strategic move to bolster its coffee trading sector, which has witnessed rapid growth since its inception in 2020. Brent Grecian, CEO of StoneX Supply and Trading, highlighted that Integra provides StoneX with direct presence in Colombia as a licensed exporter, equipped with its own processing mill and a team with extensive grower relationships. This integration is expected to enhance StoneX's offerings by enabling a more direct, traceable, and sustainable supply chain right from the origin. Integra's Manuel Rueda has confirmed that the company's existing team and sourcing model will be maintained post-transaction. StoneX is well-regarded globally, not only for its coffee trading but also for its broad financial services and commodities trading activities, encompassing futures trading, hedging, and risk management. Formerly known as INTL FCStone, the company rebranded to StoneX in 2020. StoneX also acquired Mercon Specialty in 2024, establishing StoneX Specialty Coffee, and was further expanded in 2025 with the establishment of a dedicated green coffee hub in Kansas City, featuring warehousing, a cupping lab, and facilities for roasting and training.

StoneX Group Inc. acquires Integra Trading S.A.S., establishing a colombian coffee origination and processing platform.

StoneX Group Inc. acquires Integra Trading S.A.S., establishing a colombian coffee origination and processing platform. Acquisition deepens StoneX Supply & Trading's physical coffee business with direct access to one of the world's premier coffee producing countries. NEW YORK, Oct. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - StoneX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SNEX) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Integra Trading S.A.S. ("Integra"), a coffee trader, exporter, and bean processor with extensive capabilities in Colombia. The acquisition will be made through StoneX's Switzerland-based trading entity and integrated into the StoneX Supply & Trading physical commodities business. Founded in 2015 and led by Manuel Rueda, Integra operates a certified processing mill near Medellín in the Antioquia region. The company holds several internationally recognized quality, food-safety, and sustainability certifications, including Organic, Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade USA, Fair Trade International, 4C, Colombia's Protected Geographical Indication (IGP), and U.S. FSMA compliance. The combination is expected to be immediately accretive, and will accelerate growth by connecting Integra's origination and milling capabilities to StoneX's global client base, risk-management platform, and financial resources. The transaction strengthens StoneX's position in the global coffee market by expanding its direct origination and processing footprint in a key coffee-producing country, increasing access to high-quality Arabica coffees, and creating a more integrated platform from origin to end market. Together, these capabilities are expected to support higher volumes, enhance margins, and strengthen StoneX's ability to deliver value across the global coffee supply chain. Brent Grecian, CEO of StoneX Supply and Trading commented: "Integra gives StoneX a "boots on the ground" presence at origin in Colombia, a licensed exporter, an owned processing mill, and a team with deep grower relationships. It's a natural extension of our physical coffee business, and it's expected to contribute from day one while giving our clients a more direct, traceable, and sustainable supply chain." Manuel Rueda, Founder of Integra said: "Joining StoneX gives our business the capital, platform, and global reach to grow well beyond what we could achieve on our own. We're keeping our team and our origination model intact while gaining direct access to end-user clients around the world." About StoneX Group Inc. StoneX and Cotlook to launch new OTC cotton derivatives.

StoneX and Cotlook to launch new OTC cotton derivatives. The new suite of OTC derivatives will help cotton market participants manage basis risk associated with non-US cotton exports. NEW YORK, Oct. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - StoneX Markets LLC ("SXM"), a subsidiary of StoneX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SNEX), has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Cotlook to launch a new suite of OTC cotton derivatives, designed to help market participants manage risk in an increasingly globalised cotton market. The first product developed under the partnership will be the Cotlook Brazil Basis Swap, a new risk management tool referencing Cotlook's internationally recognised cotton pricing benchmarks. The launch comes amid a major shift in global cotton trade flows. Brazil overtook the US as the world's largest cotton exporter in the 2023/24 season, cementing its position as a key supplier to Asian textile manufacturers and an increasingly important influence on global pricing. As Brazil's role has grown, so has the need for more effective risk management solutions. The first OTC cotton derivative will reference the Brazilian component of the Cotlook A Index, helping farming cooperatives, merchants, mills, manufacturers and other cotton market participants better manage and hedge risk. Designed with the needs of the cotton supply chain in mind, it represents a significant enhancement to the tools available for managing price exposure. Antonia Prescott, Managing Director and Editor, Cotlook, commented: "The collaboration with StoneX is an important evolution in our longstanding mission to bring price transparency to the international cotton industry. We are pleased to be working with StoneX to create a valuable instrument for our customers to actively mitigate the full composition of their price risk." Brett Phillpott, Global Co-Head of Commercial Hedging & Commodities, StoneX, added: "Our customers in the global cotton industry have long sought the ability to manage the basis risk inherent in their international cotton supply chains. These OTC derivatives will allow them to hedge a significant portion of their price risk that was previously unhedged. "By working with Cotlook, we are enabling our clients to leverage a well-established benchmark to strengthen their risk management capabilities and improve forward price transparency for the market." About Cotlook Cotlook Ltd is an independent UK-based company that has been engaged in publishing cotton prices, news and market analysis for over 100 years. It has a worldwide reputation for accuracy and impartiality, and its price information is trusted and used by government institutions in the US, China and elsewhere, as well as by international trading companies and other major cotton organisations. www.cotlook.com About StoneX StoneX Group Inc., through its subsidiaries, operates a global financial services network that connects companies, organisations, traders, and investors to the global market ecosystem through a unique blend of digital platforms, end-to-end clearing and execution services, high-touch service, and deep expertise.
