  • 10+ years of experience in complex contract drafting and negotiation, contract management, and contract operations
  • At least 5 years of in-depth experience with complex Ironclad and Salesforce administration
  • Experience working at fast-paced companies
  • Hands-on program management experience

Responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements
  • Support contract management, approval coordination, database management, and reporting
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard contract templates
  • Help unblock problems, support escalations, and garner resources
  • Develop and deliver training programs for various initiatives
  • Implement policies, practices, and guidance for contract operations
  • Manage internal SLAs and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Promote professional development and career growth for the team
  • Collaborate to strategize and improve contract operations
  • Liaise with Legal Ops, Product, and Revenue Ops teams
  • Complex Ironclad administration
