  • Collaborate with the People team on internal communications initiatives, fostering employee engagement and alignment.
  • Drive media relations efforts with business, technology, and broadcast reporters.
  • Craft press releases, pitches, and briefing documents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with B2B influencers and media contacts.
  • Secure high-quality media coverage that authentically represents HoneyBook’s vision and achievements.
  • Identify and pitch HoneyBook and employees for awards and recognition opportunities to elevate the company’s brand and thought leadership.
  • Provide strategic communications counsel to team leads and executives.
  • Support speaking engagements, panel opportunities, and media training.
  • Prepare detailed briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for key initiatives.
  • Create proactive content, including Op-Eds, blogs, company statements, and customer stories in collaboration with the content team.
  • Develop and execute crisis communications plans, ensuring rapid responses to sensitive issues or industry developments.
  • Draft FAQs and communication materials to address various stakeholder concerns effectively.
  • Partner with internal teams to promote HoneyBook as an employer of choice by amplifying employee stories and fostering thought leadership.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement through storytelling and targeted communications strategies.
