  • Experience with enterprise resource planning, material requirements planning, or supply chain management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify issues and drive action.
  • Ability to solve operational problems through structured analysis and follow-through.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Validate material readiness and clean-to-build status for planned production.
  • Partner with Supply Planning and Demand Planning teams to align material availability with forecasted demand and near-term build requirements.
  • Monitor material shortages, late commitments, and production constraints at contract manufacturers and drive resolution with appropriate teams.
  • Review manufacturing plans and identify supply, material, or capacity constraints that put delivery commitments at risk.
  • Support inventory planning and material positioning to maintain supply continuity while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Ensure timely execution of material flow to support rack and infrastructure delivery requirements.
  • Work with contract manufacturers, original design manufacturers, and suppliers to track material availability, production readiness, and capacity commitments.
  • Validate whether manufacturing partners are meeting the plan and identify root causes when actual output falls below commitment.
  • Escalate material gaps, capacity misses, and execution risks to the broader cross-functional team for resolution.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply and capacity reviews with manufacturing partners.
  • Monitor material management practices at manufacturing and warehouse locations to improve control and accountability.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Product Operations, Commodity Management, and Deployment teams to resolve operational blockers.
  • Support new product introduction and ramp activities by ensuring material and production readiness.
  • Improve execution discipline across the supply chain through tighter tracking, follow-up, and issue resolution.
  • Identify material shortages, supplier issues, and operational bottlenecks that may impact production or deployment schedules.
  • Drive mitigation actions such as alternate sourcing, recovery planning, buffering strategies, or escalation to leadership.
  • Track operational metrics related to material availability, supplier performance, inventory health, and manufacturing execution.
  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen supply chain visibility, planning accuracy, and execution reliability.
  • Coordinate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Deployment teams.
  • Communicate risks, gaps, and recovery actions to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Build working relationships across global teams to support rapid problem solving and execution.
  • Contribute to broader supply chain scaling efforts as OCI grows.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting hardware manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, networking, server, or high-tech environments.
  • Experience with new product introduction, manufacturing ramp, or execution recovery.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, hyperscale, or data center operations environments.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution, capacity planning, or supply chain process optimization.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Supply Chain applications.
