- A Doctor of Chiropractic Degree is required.
- Candidates must be licensed in Virginia.
- Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be computer literate, including experience using Microsoft applications such as Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Candidates must be comfortable in social settings and at ease interacting with other people.
- Candidates must be coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow.
- Candidates must be able to manage periods of high patient volume.
- Provide whole-patient chiropractic care, including taking X-rays, diagnosing, treating, assessing, and creating care progressions.
- Shape patient care plans and the patient experience with clinical autonomy.
- Work with clinical technicians who support busy periods and demonstrate accompanying exercises after adjustments.
- Support compliance with organizational policies and standards, privacy and confidentiality requirements, applicable laws and regulations, accreditation, and licensing requirements.
- Perform other related duties and assist with project completion as needed.
- Provide necessary information for a Department of Motor Vehicles or equivalent agency background check if required.
