Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance or related fields; public company experience preferred
  • Experience with using managing Treasury management system
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills and experience
  • Adaptable, team player with a track record building and maintaining effective professional relationships
  • Good communication and project management skills
Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Oversee daily cash positioning, ensuring optimal cash balances across various bank accounts.
  • Banking Relationships: Manage and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Forecasting: Develop accurate cash flow forecasts to anticipate future needs and potential shortfalls.
  • Investments: Assist in the management of short-term investments, maximizing returns while minimizing risk.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Collaborate on various ad-hoc projects, such as debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial initiatives.
