At least 5 years of experience as a general contractor commercial construction project manager.
A degree in Construction Management, civil engineering, or another related field is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, understand mechanical and electrical systems, and use project scheduling or computer-aided design software.
Strong leadership, budget-tracking, negotiation, and risk-management abilities.
Responsibilities
Create realistic project timelines, track milestones, and manage the critical path from pre-construction through closeout.
Oversee project costs, manage subcontractor bids, process pay applications, and prevent budget overruns.
Negotiate and draft contracts with general contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
Secure necessary local building licenses and ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, report progress updates, and resolve site issues promptly.
Salary Range: 90000 to 160000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

What You Need
