Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
  • Seven or more years of related work experience is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including building and nurturing a team, is required.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization abilities are required.
  • Ability to partner successfully with internal and external groups, including vendors, clients, sales, and real estate teams, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to see written documents and computer screens and adjust focus is required.
  • Ability to conduct site visits in a construction environment is required.
  • Ability to travel outside the office 25% of the time for client meetings, corporate meetings, and industry events is required.
  • Ability to safely climb structures to inspect client postings as needed is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage operations including construction, maintenance, installations, and material management.
  • Ensure the department meets CCO Service Guarantee expectations, customer quality standards, and client contract deadlines.
  • Hire, develop, coach, and create a cohesive, high-performance culture with employees by setting and managing performance measures.
  • Review, maintain, and implement safe work practices and comply with applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Identify workplace hazards and take necessary corrective steps.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with independent contractors and suppliers and negotiate rates for products and services.
  • Use required systems and technology tools to track and report operational activities.
  • Work with branch real estate departments on new builds, rebuilding, relocation, and safety upgrades of advertising structures.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to determine pricing for extensions and other operations-related aspects of advertising campaigns.
  • Perform department administration, including budget administration, planning, organizing, and measuring work performance.
  • Oversee records and maintenance of the fleet of vehicles, cranes, and other equipment.
  • Represent the company at inquiries and inspections as appropriate.
  • Act as the on-call contact for building security systems and emergencies.
  • Perform other assigned duties and projects.

With average dwell times of an hour plus, the airport offers unique opportunities to connect consumers with brands. More than 3-out-of-4 (79%) Frequent Flyers would like to try new products at the airport, 63% are interested in signing up for a travel rewards program, and nearly half (47%) find it appealing to take a photo at a branded selfie station.This new research explores multiple audience segments, including how consumers engage with brands within the airport environment as well as the receptiveness of the elusive business decision maker.Business Frequent Flyers are Back: 87% plan to take 3 or more business trips in the next 12 months.A fundamental goal of the study was to understand the renewed wave of Business Frequent Flyers.
