Requirements
  • 8+ years of software development or technical architecture experience across varied stacks, including hyperscaler environments
  • 3+ years in engineering leadership, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a combination
  • Demonstrated ability to engage across lines of business. You can talk to a VP of Engineering about CI/CD and a COO about operational efficiency in the same week
  • Experience designing or advising on AI operating models, technology adoption strategies, or digital transformation programs
  • Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tools — you don’t need to configure them daily, but you need to speak the language credibly and direct an FDE’s work
  • Certified Claude Architect
  • Experience running structured stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and facilitated workshops with both technical and business audiences
  • Strong executive communication: writing and presenting to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and line-of-business leaders
  • Experience delivering professional services engagements, including scope management, deliverable ownership, and client advisory
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software development workflows
Responsibilities
  • Own AI engagements end-to-end as the strategic lead, from discovery through executive handoff, partnered with an FDE who drives implementation
  • Run structured discovery across engineering, product, and business stakeholders to map organizational context, AI readiness, and strategic goals across lines of business
  • Design AI operating models that define how the organization adopts, governs, and scales AI. Not just within engineering, but across the business
  • Define AI outcome maps that tie initiatives to measurable business results: efficiency gains, revenue impact, risk reduction, and time-to-value
  • Lead AI maturity assessments and architect near-term and long-term adoption roadmaps aligned to Anthropic’s platform capabilities
  • Facilitate executive workshops and enablement sessions for audiences ranging from engineering teams to C-suite leaders
  • Deliver executive presentations to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and line-of-business leaders covering current-state findings, ROI projections, and strategic recommendations
  • Direct FDE work on Claude Code tooling, prompt architecture, and workflow automation. You set the technical direction, the FDE executes
  • Identify expansion opportunities across lines of business. AI strategy work naturally surfaces adjacent needs in departments beyond the initial engagement
  • Shape follow-on scope throughout the engagement: by Week 1, you should have a working hypothesis for the next engagement; by the final on-site block, you present it
  • Build executive relationships that position Caylent as a long-term AI strategy partner, not a one-time vendor
  • Attend on-site for the final Catalyst block: readout, workshop, and executive presentation
  • Contribute reusable strategy frameworks, delivery artifacts, and methodology improvements back into the practice at engagement close
  • Lead AI strategy engagements spanning multiple teams, platforms, and business functions
  • Collaborate with FDEs to refine the architect-engineer delivery model and improve handoff patterns
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience mapping AI initiatives to business outcomes (revenue, efficiency, risk, time-to-value) with executive-level ROI framing
  • Familiarity with PE portfolio company environments and board-level communication
  • Background in solutions architecture, platform engineering, or enterprise technology strategy
  • Experience with LLM prompt engineering, agentic AI workflow design, or AI product development
  • Direct experience with Claude Code’s extensibility model
  • Familiarity with SDLC maturity frameworks or workforce analytics (DORA, DevEx)
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops for mixed audiences — engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders

Caylent launches Caylent Accelerate(TM) for Agentic Cloud Operations, expediting 70% of remediation work and reducing MTTR by 40%.

Caylent launches Caylent Accelerate(TM) for Agentic Cloud Operations, expediting 70% of remediation work and reducing MTTR by 40%. June 17, 2026 Caylent Announcements A new AWS-native managed services model powered by Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and trained on 12 years of proprietary CloudOps intelligence that anticipates issues before they surface, continuously optimizes cost and performance, and evolves alongside the business it serves. New York, NY - June 17, 2026 - Operations teams are under pressure no headcount strategy can solve. Incident queues grow faster than engineers can triage them. Cost optimization recommendations accumulate unactioned. Engineers spend the majority of their day on reactive work instead of building. Caylent, an AI-First Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Tier Services Partner, Anthropic Preferred Services Partner, and AWS Managed Services Provider, is changing that. With the launch of Caylent Accelerate(TM) for Agentic Cloud Operations, organizations gain a measurable, immediate shift in how cloud operations get done. Agents handle the highest-volume, lowest-differentiation work that used to consume entire engineering teams, freeing those teams to spend their time on the application and business logic work that moves the business forward. And because agents carry context forward from every task they complete, the same operational issue does not surface twice, and time to resolution keeps falling. Managed Services that anticipate, optimize, and evolve. * Instant incident triage by agents. Every ticket arrives with context, root-cause signals, and a recommended resolution path before a human is paged. * 70% of remediation tasks accelerated by agents. Guardrailed agents do the work; its AWS architects and engineers approve and audit. * 40% lower mean time to resolution. Fewer minutes between an incident and a fix, every time. * Continuous cost optimization recommendations surfaced by agents. Savings opportunities become visible the moment they appear in the environment. * Agents retain memory of every completed task, eliminating repeat incidents so engineers can shift from reactive operations work to innovation. "What we're building with Caylent Accelerate(TM) is a new operating model for cloud, one where intelligence compounds with every ticket resolved, capacity scales with context instead of headcount, and operations get ahead of problems instead of chasing them." said Valerie Henderson, Chief Executive Officer of Caylent. "Twelve years of CloudOps data and AWS power this. Every customer should expect this level of sophistication from their managed services partner. We're setting that standard today." Caylent Accelerate(TM) for Agentic Cloud Operations is available through three engagement paths, designed to meet customers where they already are in their cloud journey. 1. Managed Services through CloudOps Core. Caylent's CloudOps Core combines its AI agents with the AWS-certified architects and operators who run them, delivered as one accountable team. Customers gain the outcomes of an agentic operations system with measurable value starting the moment onboarding completes. The agents can integrate through customers' Slack or Caylent's MSP platform, so triage, escalation, and optimization signals flow into intuitive user interfaces. Packages start at $7,500 USD per month, with tiers that scale to match each customer's cloud operations footprint. 2. 30-Day trial free trial after a migration. Every new qualified Caylent migration customer is automatically enrolled in a 30-day CloudOps Core trial the moment their migration project closes. Full access to its agentic system and the supporting AWS expert team with no additional contract and no setup fee. 3. Custom AIOps platform. For enterprises that want to own their agentic operations infrastructure, Caylent designs and builds a custom AIOps platform tailored to existing tooling, incident management workflows, and team structure. Engagements begin with a fixed-fee AIOps Blueprint starting at $125K USD. "For more than a decade, ExecOnline has trusted Caylent's AWS expertise to run our cloud environment. The consistency of their team and the depth of their operational knowledge have made them feel like an extension of ours," said Stewart Garner, VP of Engineering at ExecOnline. "They have built agents alongside our engineering team that have already made meaningful improvements to how we operate, and what they are bringing next with agentic cloud operations is exactly the kind of innovation we look to Caylent for." How it works. Caylent Accelerate(TM) for Agentic Cloud Operations is built on three foundations that, taken together, are not replicable by a generic AI tool or a hyperscaler-native service alone. * Twelve years of CloudOps ticket history. Its AI agents are trained on the proprietary operational data that defines how the best AWS teams triage incidents, escalate the right issues, remediate, and optimize. * Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, AWS frontier agents, AWS MCP Server and Amazon OpenSearch Serverless. The platform is built on AWS, ensuring deep alignment with the AWS roadmap and giving customers running Amazon Bedrock workloads a natural implementation partner. * Multi-agent architecture with guardrailed remediation and SLO frameworks. Every agent action is bounded by guardrails defined by Caylent's AWS experts, with SLO-driven measurement built in from the start. Availability and next steps. Caylent Accelerate(TM) for Agentic Cloud Operations is available immediately. CloudOps Core packages start at $7,500 USD per month. Enterprise AIOps platform builds begin with an AIOps Blueprint engagement starting at $125K USD. Qualified migration customers are automatically enrolled in the 30-day free trial upon project completion. Channel Brief: A Shifts From Selling Tools to Building Platforms

Channel brief: A shifts from selling tools to building platforms. The channel is moving toward platform-driven services. Vendors aren't just selling tools anymore - they are giving partners ways to manage data, AI, and infrastructure as ongoing services. That means more recurring revenue, deeper customer ties, and a bigger role for governance and automation in how MSPs and cloud providers operate. Aeris expanded its global partner program so MSPs, carriers, and resellers can build managed IoT and fixed wireless offerings instead of just selling connectivity. Caylent bought Trek10 to grow into a full-service AWS provider covering everything from migration to AI operations. Rubrik launched Agent Cloud to help companies monitor and control AI agents safely, a clear sign that governance is becoming part of everyday IT. And Park Place Technologies introduced its first EMEA channel program for Entuity Software, giving partners new ways to deliver monitoring and performance management across hybrid and multicloud environments. This week's tech, channel, and MSP news. Aeris expands global partner ecosystem for IoT and Fixed Wireless Access: Aeris has launched an expanded global partner ecosystem to meet growing enterprise demand for secure, scalable IoT and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) solutions. Announced at Canalys Forum Americas 2025, the program connects technology advisors, distributors, MSPs, OEMs, and carriers under one unified framework built on the Aeris IoT Accelerator and IoT Watchtower platforms. The initiative enables partners to move beyond connectivity resale into managed IoT and security services, delivering higher margins and global reach across 190+ countries. Caylent acquires Trek10 to expand AWS managed services portfolio: Caylent has acquired Trek10, another AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, to create one of the most comprehensive AWS-focused service providers in the industry. The deal, backed by Gryphon Investors, adds Trek10's CloudOps platform and managed services expertise to Caylent's AI-driven delivery model, giving customers end-to-end support across their AWS journey - from strategy and migration to modernization, AI innovation, and operations. The combined company unites deep capabilities in DevOps, data and analytics, and generative AI, while extending Caylent's reach into managed services with 24/7 monitoring, rapid response, and continuous optimization. Rubrik launches Agent Cloud for secure enterprise AI agent management: Rubrik has introduced Agent Cloud, a new service designed to help enterprises adopt and control AI agents safely. Built on the Rubrik Security Cloud platform, Agent Cloud combines data, identity, and application context to give IT and security teams visibility into agent behavior, performance, and risks. The service includes three core features: Agent Monitor, Agent Govern, and Agent Remediate. With Agent Cloud, Rubrik aims to help enterprises manage the full AI agent lifecycle - from discovery to control and remediation - reducing risk while accelerating safe AI adoption. Park Place Technologies launches Entuity Software channel program in EMEA: Park Place Technologies has rolled out its first-ever channel program in Europe for Entuity Software, its IT infrastructure monitoring and management platform. The initiative invites VARs, MSPs, GSIs, CSPs, and resellers to deliver enterprise-grade monitoring for hybrid and multicloud environments while expanding their own service revenue. Recognized by G2 as a leader for 17 consecutive quarters, Entuity is available as both an on-premises and cloud-based solution. Partners gain access to training, rebates, marketing support, and a dedicated portal to accelerate joint growth. Park Place says the move aims to extend Entuity's global reach and help enterprises simplify network management, improve performance, and drive operational efficiency across complex IT ecosystems.
