  • 3-4 years of IT System Administrator experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with AWS cloud a plus
  • Experience with MS Intune
  • Bachelors preferred, or Associates Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
  • Offer a wide range of services based on user support, troubleshooting, design, installation/upgrading, and configuration of operations systems, facilities, network devices, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Understand and participate in the design, development, and deployment of basic network configurations, servers, laptops, mobile devices for end-users
  • Setup and administrate configurations for Office 365, OpenDNS, LanSweeper, Exchange, and ActiveDirectory
  • Create AP Help Desk Tickets and manage JIRA on the back end
  • Administrate Azure and Office365
  • Support configurations deployment, including software and hardware upgrades on networking devices
  • Consistently check manufacturers guidance for upgrades
  • Consistently make recommendations to help improve overall IT functions and solutions
  • Support/administrate system backups
  • Monitor AV/AM, IDS, and logging operations
  • Maintain inventory control
  • Work in a team or alone or both from time to time
