Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. The Patient Access Representative (Patient Care Support Services Assistant) supports Patient Care Support Services Manager by maintaining patient records and provide administrative support in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; includes weekend and holiday rotations
Location:
On-site at our San Francisco, CA office with occasional coverage to our Larkspur, CA office as needed
By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.
