About the job

Requirements
  • You have 4–7 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years owning a sales or go-to-market motion in an early-stage or similarly high-ownership environment.
  • You have carried a quota, built your own pipeline, and consistently met or exceeded your targets.
  • You have directly built or helped build a sales playbook—from messaging and targeting to process and follow-up—and can explain how field feedback shaped it.
  • You build trust quickly with busy, knowledgeable stakeholders by listening well, asking good questions, and tailoring your approach.
  • You are persistent and organized across cold outreach, in-person visits, and follow-up, even when interest takes time to turn into action.
  • You take ownership in ambiguity: when context, materials, or process are missing, you find or build what you need and keep moving.
  • You are mission-driven and energized by improving access to mental health care for kids.
Responsibilities
  • Own a pipeline of healthcare accounts from first outreach through ongoing referral activity.
  • Build relationships with FQHCs, independent pediatric practices, and health systems through cold outreach, virtual meetings, and regular site visits.
  • Earn the trust of clinical and operational stakeholders by understanding their workflows and explaining Marble’s care model, outcomes, and referral process clearly.
  • Turn partner interest into action by securing commitments, driving the first referrals, and building habits that sustain referral volume month over month.
  • Test new messaging, collateral, and outreach tactics, then use the results to sharpen how Marble reaches and activates healthcare partners.
  • Keep a disciplined view of the pipeline, prioritize the accounts most likely to drive impact, and follow through reliably.
  • Bring patterns from the field back to product, clinical, and leadership teams so Marble can better serve providers and the families they refer.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with healthcare providers or building a provider-led, bottoms-up sales motion is a strong plus.

About the company

Marble Health partners with schools, families, and health plans to connect students with licensed therapists for evidence-based therapy, available virtually or in person with quick access. Referrals from school counselors flow to a network of providers, with insurance coverage including Medicaid to help families afford care. It functions as an integrated platform that enables real-time collaboration among schools, clinicians, parents, and payers, and uses AI tools to reduce administrative work and help therapists work with public insurance networks. The goal is to scale high-quality teen mental health care across the United States by making evidence-based therapy easier to access and administer for schools, families, clinicians, and payers.

What believers are saying

  • Marble raised $15.5 million in October 2025 from Costanoa, Khosla, and Town Hall.
  • Its website says it accepts most insurance, including Medicaid, lowering family payment friction.
  • Marble reports 15,000-plus therapy sessions since launch, evidence of early product-market fit.

What critics are saying

  • Uwill won APUC’s September 1, 2026 framework, strengthening a larger school-channel rival.
  • Brightline already raised over $200 million, giving it deeper capital for youth care expansion.
  • If schools adopt cheaper point solutions, Marble’s referral-driven model loses distribution and stalls.

What makes Marble Health unique

  • Marble ties school referrals, families, therapists, and payers into one workflow.
  • Its September 2026 site promises in-network care within four days, with no waitlists.
  • Marble’s AI scribe and therapist EHR target Medicaid participation, not just teletherapy.

Youth mental health company Marble Health raises $15.5M

Youth mental health company Marble Health raises $15.5M. The company works with schools to offer virtual mental healthcare for students and enable collaboration among counselors, parents and providers. Marble Health, a virtual mental health platform for students, has secured $15.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Costanoa. Town Hall Ventures and Khosla Ventures participated in the round. New York-based Marble Health works directly with schools to identify students in need of mental health support and connect them with licensed therapists. It also offers group therapy sessions for students. The company's platform allows school counselors, therapists and parents to provide insights on students' mental health in real time. It also offers an AI scribe and its proprietary therapist EHR to help clinicians participate in Medicaid networks. Marble will use the funds to expand its workforce and provide its platform in more schools across the U.S. "Most schools want to support their students' mental health, but they're stretched thin and often can't afford to bring in help," Amy Cheetham, partner at Costanoa Ventures, said in a statement. "What stood out about Marble is that they've built a model where schools don't have to pay a dime - and still get high-quality, timely care for their students. That kind of access shouldn't be rare, and we backed Marble because they're making it possible at scale." In 2023, more than 5.3 million youth, ages 12 to 17 were diagnosed with a behavioral or mental health condition, with the most common disorder being anxiety (16.1%), followed by depression (8.4%), and behavior/conduct problems being a close third (6.3%), according to a survey published by the National Institutes of Health, National Library of Medicine. Other digital health companies offering youth mental health services include Brightline, which provides hybrid mental healthcare services for kids and teens; pediatric virtual behavioral health company Brightline; Daybreak Health, a digital mental health company for children and teens focused on schools; and Uwill, a mental health platform for colleges and students.

Marble raises $15.5M in Series A funding. Marble Health, a NYC-based youth mental health company, raised $15.5m in Series A funding. The round was led by Costanoa with participation from Town Hall Ventures and Khosla Ventures. The company intends to use the funding to expand access to critical mental health care in schools across the U.S. and grow its team to accelerate innovation and impact at scale. Founded by Jake Sussman and Dan Ross, former co-founders of Headway, Marble partners directly with schools to identify students in need and connect them quickly to licensed therapists. Since launching in New York last year, Marble has facilitated more than 15,000 therapy sessions for kids and families. By embedding within schools and partnering with both Medicaid and commercial payers, Marble brings evidence-based therapy to students. As Marble expands nationwide, its platform is also building a data advantage by combining insights from therapists, schools, and families to make its clinical products more precise, personalized, and effective over time.
