Requirements
- Previous Microsoft technology sales experience.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud and Power BI.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills.
- Experience consulting on Microsoft solutions and offerings in support of organizations' business needs.
- Experience working with information technology systems to support data collection.
- Ability to work independently, exercise self-direction, and apply independent judgment to accomplish objectives.
- Bachelor's degree.
- English language proficiency.
- Willingness to work in a global environment with different cultures and languages.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the activities required to perform Solution Assessments for Microsoft-managed customers, including remote installation, configuration, and execution of discovery tools, data collection, troubleshooting, data analysis, and creation of the deliverable.
- Manage and execute the Solution Assessment process in each account.
- Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness regarding Solution Assessments.
- Coordinate remote meetings and calls between leads and the extended sales team.
- Maintain an accurate Solution Assessment business forecast, a clear action plan, and an updated case activity log for active Solution Assessments.
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
- Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals (MS-900).
- Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) (MB-910).
