Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or B2B selling in relevant markets.
Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Responsibilities

Implement the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager to attain monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities by prospecting the market.
Deliver sales presentations to prospects and explain how they can benefit from Rentokil Boecker services.
Survey premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing when needed.
Develop ideas and create offers for target clients using necessary marketing tools.
Present new products and services to existing clients and enhance client relationships through planned courtesy calls and visits.
Respond to client needs and follow up with concerned parties on all aspects of client requests.
Educate clients on processes that enable them to gain the most value from Rentokil Boecker services.
Prepare detailed offers, follow up until offers become contracts, and handle after-sales follow-up.
Handle contract renewals when applicable.
Communicate new sales and renewals effectively to the Operations Department.
Handle client data accurately and promptly on Rentokil Boecker systems.
Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.
Participate in events and exhibitions to promote company services.
