Responsibilities
  • Manage a customer’s individual transition from one card program to another end to end
  • Become an expert around the transition process from one card program to another
  • Coach customers through the 4 step transition process; answer questions, provide best practices, and maintain momentum
  • Hold customers accountable to timelines & deadlines for completion of their transition
  • Empower customers to use the new card program successfully
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation team members to insure the successful transition of their customers
  • Collaborate with compliance to approve customer’s application for the new card program
  • Work with finance and risk to understand a customer’s eligibility to move from one card program to another
  • Host training calls & webinars to enroll companies in the new card program
  • Proactive outreach to customers to keep them on the appropriate timeline for completion
  • Reactive outreach to customers regarding complications or questions about the process
  • Maintain calendar scheduling links
