Requirements
  • One year of full-time paid professional scheduling experience for an owner or general contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.
  • Proficiency in the latest version of Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Responsibilities
  • Assist schedulers with program schedule updates while coordinating input from various Facilities teams.
  • Analyze schedules for proper use of program-level standard codes, layouts, and reports to ensure data integrity.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control on Primavera P6 schedules and validate logic ties for conformance with scheduling guidelines across various project types.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control on contractors' schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and terms.
  • Read drawings to determine whether work is in or out of scope and understand contract terms and conditions to determine whether compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit.
  • Perform critical path and earned value analyses.
  • Assist the scheduling team with project reporting as necessary.

  • Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.
