What believers are saying

  • Brand USA hired Insomniac in 2026 for a company-wide intranet and platform overhaul.
  • Updated 2026 case studies show active delivery for public health, tourism, and courts.
  • Global offices in London, Bucharest, and Chisinau support delivery across U.S. and international clients.

What critics are saying

  • Revenue depends on procurement cycles at Brand USA, UN Women, and government agencies.
  • Large consultancies and specialist civic-tech firms can outbid on enterprise transformation deals.
  • If Permitix fails to win scaled government adoption, agency growth stays services-led and fragile.

What makes Insomniac Design unique

  • Washington D.C.-based global agency serving government, aid, and policy clients across four offices.
  • Combines design, engineering, Data, AI, and technology for complex public-sector platforms.
  • Permitix targets permitting workflows for states and federal agencies, not generic marketing websites.
