Responsibilities
- Prepare the detailed activities plan for 14 weeks and define milestone & outcome.
- Assess the Application architecture and AWS deployment.
- Conduct Kickoff and workshops with Enlace stakeholders to understand the app and set the expectations.
- Build the design and architecture for data ingestion ,data aggregation and visualization.
- Assess the current AWS services SKU, finops reports, alerts and data needed to build FinOps dashboards.
- Identify the cost leakage and build recommendation plan.
- Define the future roadmap for FinOps, KPIs, FinOps reports and automation opportunities.
- Highlight the risks/issues and provide updates on progress.
- Work with Enlace stakeholders to make decisions on architectural changes, committed spend, data lifecycles etc.
- Review and assess cloud watch data for high cost resources and provide recommendation.
