Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in complex contract drafting and negotiation, contract management, and contract operations
  • At least 5 years of in-depth experience with complex Ironclad and Salesforce administration
  • Experience working at fast-paced companies that value quick decision-making
  • Hands-on program management experience driving complex, cross-functional projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong bias for action to get stuff done
  • Extreme attention to detail, problem-solving skills, proactivity, and a great attitude
  • Highly responsive and proactive

Responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts
  • Support contract management, contract approval coordination, database management, and reporting
  • Assist with the development, maintenance, and proofing of standard contract templates, training materials, knowledge management, and contract analysis
  • Help the team with problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and supporting escalations
  • Develop and deliver training programs, provide ongoing counsel and assistance to business teams
  • Develop and implement policies, practices, and guidance for contract operations
  • Manage internal SLAs, juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment, and promote professional development for the team
  • Participate in special assignments and provide ad hoc support as required
  • Collaborate with the team to strategize and improve contract operations and initiatives
  • Liaise with Legal Ops, Product, and Revenue Ops teams on solution design and delivery
  • Manage and meet aggressive internal SLAs, and help juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Manage and promote professional development and career growth for a high performing and talented team
  • Participate in special assignments and provide ad hoc support as required
