- At least 5 years of in-depth experience with complex Ironclad and Salesforce administration

- Draft, negotiate and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts
- Support contract management, contract approval coordination, database management, and reporting
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and proofing of standard contract templates, training materials, knowledgement management and contract analysis
- Help the team get things done by unblocking problems, strategically determining the best course of action, supporting escalations, and garnering XFN resources
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for various initiatives and teams, and provide ongoing counsel and assistance to business teams as requested
- Develop and implement policies, practices and guidance for contract operations, including training, guides and playbooks
- Manage and meet aggressive internal SLAs, and help juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Manage and promote professional development and career growth for a high performing and talented team
- Participate in special assignments and provide ad hoc support as required
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and improve on contract operations and initiatives, and regularly seek ways to optimize for speed, efficiency, and quality
- Liaise with Legal Ops, Product and Revenue Ops teams as necessary on solution design and delivery
