About the company

Finvari offers a free, fully integrated corporate card and expense management platform tailored for the construction industry. It connects in real time with construction ERPs, eliminating expense reports for general contractors and subcontractors. The system combines card usage with automated expense capture, approvals, and reconciliation directly within ERP workflows, reducing manual data entry and delays. Unlike generic expense tools, Finvari targets medium to large construction firms and their supply chain, providing seamless ERP integration without implementation fees, per-user charges, monthly subscriptions, or prepayment requirements. The company's goal is to remove the burden of expense reporting and streamline financial processes for construction projects.

What believers are saying

  • LinkedIn lists customers like Sellen, Tapani, Leopardo, and T.A. Loving.
  • The platform promises zero platform fees, helping adoption against legacy expense software.

What critics are saying

  • Finvari still looks small: LinkedIn shows 11-50 employees and no major funding since 2023.
  • Construction ERP vendors can bundle cards and expense tools, crushing Finvari's pricing advantage.
  • If construction spending slows in 2027, procurement software budgets get cut first.

What makes Finvari unique
