Overview

COMMUNICATION DESIGNER

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Communication Designer to join our team and support the development of visual content for global campaigns, particularly for the Nivea brand. This role requires hands-on design execution, collaboration with various teams, and an ability to manage projects from start to finish under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for Nivea's workstreams and paid social media campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to digital asset guidelines while delivering high quality work for the client.
• Create and update presentation templates and decks.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to execute client briefs.
• Support campaign development for multiple global markets (LATAM, Africa, India, MENA, ASEAN).
• Brief and provide feedback to retouchers and editors.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and previous work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with AI image-generation tools.
• Ability to manage tasks independently from start to finish, even under pressure.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong visual ideation skills.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude, open to feedback and curiosity for continuous learning.
• Comfortable working with multicultural teams across different regions.
