- PMI Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.

- Very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English; German is optional.
- Ability to coordinate a large number of activities while considering schedules and priorities.
- Lead the Process Solution Team for the B2P (Budget-to-Perform) and I2P-IP (Investment Planning) process chain within Bosch Mobility.
- Manage and develop a globally distributed team of more than 70 process consultants across more than 25 locations.
- Enable deployment activities with regional leads, particularly strategic digital transformation programs, and orchestrate operations.
- Manage the BBM Process Expert Network.
- Serve as the key contact for BBM locations and legal entities for B2P deployment and run activities.
- Define and develop the global expert footprint and required competencies.
- Align requirements with related M Functional Excellences.
- Advance sustainable BBM process improvements.
- Continuously improve case management for B2P and I2P-IP, and manage team KPI/KPR.
- Support and build AI, automation, low-code, and analytics solutions for B2P and I2P-IP.
- German language skills.
