  • Experience creating and extending reusable server technology

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and personnel management for the server infrastructure team
  • Serve as an active member of team’s engineering leadership
  • Own the process of continual improvement for the server engineering team
  • Collaborate with engineers, producers, designers, and internal partners to implement features and continually improve our platform
  • Work with other leads and producers to establish tasks and schedules
  • Maintain effective relationships with key internal partners
