Requirements
  • Be a member in good standing of the OIIQ.
  • Have confirmed experience in a CHSLD setting and a strong aptitude for team coordination.
  • Be able to cover all scheduled shifts in the assignment and travel between the Kamouraska facilities.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the immediate supervisor with planning, coordinating, and supervising the facility’s clinical activities, and manage daily care staffing.
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care, assess the health of long-term-care residents, and ensure their care plans are rigorously followed.
  • Adapt to shifts worked at the secondary facility, CHSLD d'Anjou.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Assistant to the Immediate Supervisor (ASI) is strongly preferred.
