About the job

Requirements
  • Have 7 or more years of direct Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, IT Operations Management, or cybersecurity, owning technical alliances and ecosystem integrations.
  • Have commercial intuition and be able to independently coordinate external partner go-to-market activities while collaborating with dedicated Partnership and OEM teams on revenue-attached engagements.
  • Have a proven track record of scoping, building, and launching public APIs, developer platforms, or third-party ecosystem integrations from scratch.
  • Have demonstrated experience working closely with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to package technical API flows into sales motions and customer onboarding milestones.
  • Be able to evaluate API documentation, webhooks, authorization frameworks such as OAuth and API keys, and data schema transformations.
  • Have experience designing public-facing APIs for traditional developers and machine-to-machine consumption, and conceptual knowledge or direct experimentation with emerging integration standards such as Model Context Protocol and LLM tool definitions.
  • Have experience managing external vendor relationships or technical alliances at the product level and aligning separate engineering roadmaps to joint launch targets.
  • Have demonstrated ability to define product-feature adoption tracking metrics and use data to improve user setup and discovery experiences.
  • Understand how enterprise cybersecurity telemetry planes such as SIEM/XDR, action routers such as SOAR, and systems of record interact.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and collaborate with customer-facing teams to build an integrations program that enables automation and global scale.
  • Draft accurate integration use-case documentation, define budgets and escalation pathways for ongoing support of contractor-built integrations, and configure demonstration environments.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to communicate technical Better Together value propositions for updated datasheets and release communications.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to develop enablement playbooks that position integrations as critical steps during customer onboarding.
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities directly with integrated partners for standard, non-revenue-generating integrations to drive mutual adoption.
  • Work with the OEM Leader on the Strategic Partnerships team to support joint go-to-market activities and escalations for internally approved, revenue-generating OEM opportunities.
  • Own the product lifecycle for strategic ecosystem integrations, facilitating bidirectional data synchronization and vendor business-context imports.
  • Write technical product specifications, user stories, and data-mapping requirements to embed Bitsight data into primary control planes such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Sentinel/Defender, Google SecOps, and OneTrust.
  • Work with external Product Managers and engineering counterparts at partner organizations to define API dependencies, authentication mechanisms, and collaborative workflows.
  • Serve as the product partner to internal Engineering leads and external contracted development partners, navigating sprint trade-offs, unblocking technical hurdles, enforcing architecture governance, and ensuring reliable integration middleware functionality.
Desired Qualifications
  • Have subject-matter expertise in GRC or Security Operations, including understanding how analysts and risk teams use external threat data for automated triage, remediation, and compliance workflows.

About the company

Bitsight provides external cybersecurity ratings that quantify an organization’s security posture. It collects and analyzes signals from the internet—such as exposed assets, vulnerabilities, malware activity, and misconfigurations—then converts them into a continuous risk score and rating that updates over time. This helps customers like lenders, insurers, and enterprise security teams assess risk, monitor changes, and make informed decisions. Compared with competitors, Bitsight focuses on a standardized, widely adopted ratings framework backed by ongoing monitoring across many organizations, enabling easier integration into risk management workflows. The company’s goal is to transform how organizations manage cybersecurity risk by delivering objective, data-driven, continuously updated security ratings that stakeholders can trust.

  • Bitsight's September 2026 launches target supply-chain breaches, the fastest-growing enterprise pain point.
  • Expanded agentic workflows reduce analyst toil and strengthen retention inside large security operations teams.

What critics are saying

  • Microsoft Defender EASM and SecurityScorecard compress pricing and erode Bitsight's standalone category.
  • Cybersixgill integration remains unfinished after December 2024, risking delayed cross-sell and product complexity.
  • If Microsoft, ServiceNow, or Palo Alto bundle comparable workflows, Bitsight's platform budgets shrink.

What makes Bitsight unique

  • Bitsight pioneered security ratings and still serves 3,500 customers across 68,000 organizations.
  • September 14, 2026 agentic Enterprise access fuses exposure monitoring, threat intel, and MCP workflows.
  • Cybersixgill integration gives Bitsight deep-web intelligence few ratings vendors possess.

Bitsight launches AI-powered platform to tackle 60% surge in supply chain breaches

Bitsight has launched agentic enterprise access to its cyber risk intelligence platform, combining threat intelligence with continuous exposure monitoring to help organisations manage supply chain risks. The move addresses a growing challenge: third-party breaches now account for nearly half of all enterprise security incidents, up over 60% from last year. The platform enables security operations and third-party risk teams to work from a single intelligence system, identifying exposures across supply chains and prioritising remediation workflows. Bitsight's dataset draws on over a decade of contextualised supply chain intelligence. "AI is upending the threat landscape," said John Clancy, Bitsight's CEO. "Every connection across the supply chain becomes a potential path for business disruption." More than 3,500 customers currently use Bitsight's services to monitor and respond to cyber risks.

Bitsight launches Security Posture Management to strengthen enterprise cyber resilience

Bitsight, a cyber risk intelligence company, has launched Security Posture Management (SPM), a platform designed to help organisations measure and improve cyber resilience. The solution combines threat intelligence, business context and AI-driven prioritisation to provide a comprehensive view of enterprise risk. Bitsight SPM uses AI-driven asset mapping and vulnerability prioritisation to help organisations identify exposures most likely to be exploited. The platform offers continuous asset discovery across cloud, SaaS, subsidiaries and third parties, with global benchmarking against peer groups. The solution addresses growing pressure on security leaders to demonstrate measurable risk reduction as AI-enabled attacks accelerate. It includes framework mapping, remediation guidance and workflow integrations with tools like Jira and ServiceNow to reduce manual overhead and align security operations with regulatory requirements.

Bitsight launches dark web intelligence tool to predict third-party cyber threats before attacks unfold

Bitsight has launched Dark Web Intelligence for Supply Chains, a capability designed to detect and prioritise cyber threats across vendor ecosystems before they disrupt operations. The platform uses AI to surface real-time threat signals from deep, dark and open web sources, mapping them directly to an organisation's third-party suppliers. The system enables security teams to identify which vendors are being targeted or breached, often earlier than public disclosures. It correlates threat activity with vendor-specific exposures using the MITRE ATT&CK framework and employs Dynamic Vulnerability Exploitability scoring to predict which vulnerabilities will likely be exploited. The capability is now available as part of Bitsight Continuous Monitoring. According to the World Economic Forum, 78% of CEOs identify supply chain dependencies as a significant challenge to strengthening resilience.
