  • Partner with our executive team to prepare and deliver impactful communications, including presentations, speeches, and internal memos.
  • Organize and lead internal events, such as monthly and quarterly company meetings, team-building activities, and other engagement programs, to strengthen our corporate culture.
  • Implement internal feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and continuously improve communication strategies.
  • Work closely with our People and executive leadership teams, and support our external communications strategy to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization.
  • Advocate for our brand values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and oversee internal communication plans during crises or significant organizational changes.
