Requirements
  • Three years of general experience collecting and arranging information used to formulate complex reports, presentations, and similar documentation.
  • One year of experience supporting a Navy program office, Field Activity, or contractor.
  • Experience demonstrating organizational skills, efficient time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
  • DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable reference and background-check results.
Responsibilities
  • Collect and arrange information used to prepare complex reports, presentations, and related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to program office staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
  • Maintain organized filing and document-control systems.
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines using organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communicate orally and in writing with program staff and customer representatives.
  • Assist with document tracking, distribution, and records management.
  • Support Navy program office, Field Activity, or contractor administrative functions as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate's Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
