Responsibilities

  • Review recurring issues and recommend permanent corrective actions.

  • Own technical coordination and delivery of projects within the assigned client group.
  • Define technical requirements, scope, dependencies, and implementation plans.
  • Determine which work can be completed by Client Engineers and where additional engineering resources are required.
  • Coordinate project schedules with clients, Service Coordination, vendors, and internal resources.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementations.
  • Ensure projects meet organizational standards before being considered complete.
  • Confirm documentation and support handoff are completed following implementation.
  • Maintain a holistic view of the health of every client in the assigned group.
  • Work across Help Desk, Client Engineering, Proactive Services, and Consulting to address identified concerns.
  • Regularly review recurring tickets and problem trends, aging and escalated tickets, infrastructure concerns, backup and recovery concerns, security concerns, documentation quality, technical debt, hardware and infrastructure lifecycle, projects and upcoming changes, client-specific risks, and opportunities to reduce future support demand.
  • Work additional hours and travel as required, including possible on-call duties and extended hours.
Desired Qualifications
  • Comfortable leading technical projects.
  • Communicates effectively with engineers, clients, vendors, and leadership.
  • Coaches and develops other engineers.
  • Thinks proactively rather than simply reacting to problems.
  • Takes ownership of outcomes.
