  • Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, vector search, and knowledge retrieval.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud-native architectures.
  • Expertise in Python, APIs, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with agent evaluation, observability and tracing, guardrail tooling, prompt-injection risks, and tool-permission scoping.
  • Knowledge of security architecture, identity management, AI governance, responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance.
  • Experience designing AI-powered enterprise solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting proposal development, solution estimation, and client presentations.
Responsibilities
  • Define enterprise AI architecture and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Design scalable and secure AI, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.
  • Design end-to-end AI solutions including retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, multi-agent systems, knowledge bases, and AI workflows.
  • Architect AI integration with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Lead technical design reviews and architecture governance activities.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, observability, and maintainability of AI solutions.
  • Design agentic AI ecosystems using orchestration frameworks and personally prototype and harden reference implementations.
  • Architect agent orchestration covering planning, reasoning, memory management, context management, task decomposition, and autonomous decision-making.
  • Design multi-agent patterns including multi-tier topologies, ReAct, ReWOO, and state-machine-based coordination such as LangGraph.
  • Design tool and function-calling architectures and Model Context Protocol integration layers.
  • Define agent-to-agent communication and delegation using open interoperability standards such as A2A.
  • Architect AI copilots, autonomous agents, and workflow automation solutions.
  • Define large language model selection, evaluation, prompt strategy, and guardrails, including build-versus-buy trade-offs.
  • Implement enterprise knowledge management and semantic search capabilities.
  • Define data architecture, vector database strategy, and metadata management.
  • Architect advanced retrieval strategies including Graph RAG, hybrid search, and knowledge-graph-grounded systems using Neo4j, Neptune, and RDF/SPARQL.
  • Establish data governance, security, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Design evaluation pipelines for full agent trajectories, including tool-choice correctness, argument validity, grounding validation, hallucination detection, cost and latency, and policy compliance.
  • Define end-to-end tracing and runtime monitoring of agent decisions, tool calls, and outcomes.
  • Ensure production resilience through deterministic state management, error handling, retries, idempotency, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop escalation, and budget and timeout controls.
  • Define mechanisms for model evaluation, risk management, explainability, and compliance.
  • Establish responsible AI principles and governance controls.
  • Define agent lifecycle governance covering registration, configuration, versioning, deprecation, and runtime governance.
  • Design agentic cost governance controls including token-cost budgeting, blast-radius controls, and approval guardrails.
  • Design agent security defenses including prompt-injection mitigation, least-privilege tool-permission scoping, execution sandboxing, and input/output validation.
  • Ensure AI solutions meet security, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and business leaders.
  • Lead architecture workshops and technical discussions.
  • Mentor AI engineers, solution architects, and development teams by setting an example for code quality and architectural standards.
  • Produce reusable reference architectures, solution blueprints, integration guides, and sizing frameworks for field delivery teams.
  • Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales pursuit and delivery teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions.

  • AI architecture certifications from Azure, AWS, Google, or equivalent.
  • Certification in AI architecture, cloud architecture, or enterprise architecture.

Accenture surges 17% on Q4 beat with $18.7B revenue, but analyst warns stock fully priced at 15x forward earnings

Accenture shares surged 17% on Thursday after reporting strong fourth-quarter results. The company posted revenue of $18.7 billion, up 6% year-over-year, while earnings per share jumped 46% to $3.29. Management's full-year revenue growth forecast of 4.5% exceeded analyst expectations of 4%. Net bookings rose 4% to $22.2 billion. The company plans to return at least $9.5 billion to shareholders this financial year. However, TD Cowen analyst Bryan Bergin maintained a hold rating, citing concerns that the stock is fully priced at 15 times forward earnings. He cautioned that one strong quarter may represent a cyclical bounce rather than structural growth acceleration. Despite this, Wall Street remains optimistic, with a "moderate buy" consensus rating. Accenture currently offers a 3.05% dividend yield.

Accenture soars 20% on upbeat fiscal 2027 forecast, lifting IBM and Cognizant

Accenture shares surged 20% Thursday after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter results and issued its fiscal 2027 outlook. Quarterly revenue rose 6% year-over-year to $18.7 billion, whilst GAAP diluted earnings increased 46% to $3.29 per share. New bookings reached $22.2 billion. For fiscal 2027, Accenture projects revenue growth of 3% to 6% in local currency, exceeding the 3.9% analyst consensus. The company expects GAAP diluted earnings of $14.39 to $14.81 per share and an operating margin of 15.9% to 16.1%. The positive forecast boosted competitors' shares. Cognizant Technology Solutions climbed 10%, Infosys gained 8%, and IBM rose 5% in morning trading. Accenture generated $2.8 billion in free cash flow during the quarter and returned $11.5 billion to shareholders in fiscal 2026.

Accenture partners with AWS to deliver cloud and AI tools for mid-sized companies

Accenture has announced a new collaboration with Amazon Web Services to deliver cloud and AI offerings specifically for mid-sized companies generating between $300 million and $3 billion in annual revenue. The technology bundle, available through AWS Marketplace, includes tools for virtual machine migration, cloud spending optimisation, security strengthening, and AI system risk testing. The offerings fall under Accenture Edge, a dedicated business unit serving mid-market clients. The collaboration also provides conversational AI, virtual agents, and customer service technology. 407 ETR, a Toronto-area electronic toll highway operator, is cited as an early customer. Accenture shares rose 1.6% in premarket trading following the announcement. The stock currently trades around $180, having rebounded more than 50% from June lows but remaining well below its 52-week high of $291.09.
