Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in human resources roles.
  • Solid experience in employee and labor relations, including unions and works councils.
  • Good knowledge of payroll, human resources administration, and French labor law, with the ability to ensure compliance and advise managers.
  • Hands-on experience across talent, learning, recruitment, performance, and rewards.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and handle complexity.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, proactivity, integrity, discretion, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the local human resources strategy, translating business needs into actions and aligning priorities with management and Group guidelines.
  • Manage core human resources operations, including administration, payroll, human resources information systems, employee lifecycle activities, and reporting, for the production site and commercial entity.
  • Act as a human resources partner to managers and employees.
  • Manage employee and labor relations, supporting negotiations and implementation of agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law, collective agreements, and company policies.
  • Strengthen engagement, retention, and workplace climate, supporting local change initiatives.
  • Contribute to human resources budgeting, payroll, salary review, and management-by-objectives processes with global human resources and compensation and benefits teams.
  • Support performance management and talent development while anticipating workforce needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Support internal communication and engagement, acting as a link between management and employees.
  • Contribute to cross-functional human resources projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • A degree or Master’s in human resources, employment law, or a related field.
  • Experience as an HR business partner or HR manager in an international, structured industrial environment.
  • Strong interest and exposure to the manufacturing sector.
