Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing work that is the same as or similar in nature and scope, including demonstrated knowledge of Army Battalion and Recruiting Company operations and specific Performance Work Statement tasks.
  • A completed bachelor-level degree from an accredited academic institution.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Army protocol and office etiquette.
  • Proficiency operating copiers, facsimile machines, word processors, microcomputers, printers, modems, and computer terminals using a standard typewriter-style keyboard with additional function keys.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and terminology commonly used in business office environments.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, standard processing procedures and formats, distribution, and retention policies for correspondence and reports produced in accordance with Army Regulation 25-50.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary alternate point of contact and carry out the Program Manager's duties and responsibilities during the Program Manager's absence at the contractor's facility during the contract period.
  • Function in a dual-hatted role as an Information Assurance and Security specialist.
  • Manage, staff, oversee, and complete the same or similar work in nature and scope, including Performance Work Statement tasks.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • Ability to quickly learn other business tools and technologies as necessary.
