Responsibilities
  • Provide feedback on product and technical specifications to help engineers identify where to cut scope or improve quality, influencing and coaching individual contributors rather than making the final decisions.
  • Grow engineers to take large, loosely defined projects and deliver them with minimal intervention, while they can still ask for help when needed.
  • Jump into systems and code to debug customer issues, ship small bug fixes, or improve developer experience; maintain technical hands-on involvement while leading the team.
  • Improve how we generate and simulate data in demo accounts; this project is off the critical path but has substantial impact across engineering, quality assurance, and sales.
  • Collaborate with engineers and leaders to manage and grow the European engineering team.
  • Help evolve the team culture toward ownership, autonomy, and rapid delivery while maintaining quality and alignment with product goals.
