- At least 2 years of field or oilfield service experience.
- Experience leading crews or acting as a lead technician.
- Working knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
- A clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Lead daily field operations and supervise technicians across active job sites.
- Ensure safety compliance, Department of Transportation adherence, and proper personal protective equipment usage.
- Interface directly with clients to maintain service quality and satisfaction.
- Support installations, maintenance, and field logistics as needed.
- Partner with the District Manager to drive productivity and operational success.
- Verify job tickets, reporting, and field documentation.
