Requirements
  • Eight years of operational experience in government or industry.
  • A minimum of five years of scheduling experience using enterprise tools such as Microsoft Project Server and Primavera software.
  • Ability to serve as a key personnel engagement team member.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio, with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Support contract lifecycle management for a federal government agency.
  • Support business process re-engineering of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Conduct prototyping and development of automated tools based on re-engineered process operational requirements.
  • Support agile development requirements for an Integrated Workload Management System.
  • Support lean analysis and process-efficiency efforts at contract management offices.
  • Develop automation needed to implement improvements in governance, processes, and procedures.
  • Perform work as essential key personnel and coordinate appropriately before any diversion or replacement.
