Responsibilities
  • Own a territory where you are responsible for actively prospecting commercial and enterprise new business opportunities within DACH.
  • Document and track all potential and existing client interactions and lead follow-through using Salesforce.
  • Work cross-functionally with SDRs, Sales Engineers, Product, Partnerships and Customer Experience teams to provide in-depth technical demos and sell as a team.
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations with prospects and drive deals to close.
  • Executing on a GTM plan for the DACH MM region.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Gemini, AgentSpace, or AI features in other SaaS tools) that enhance your work quality and help you to be more efficient in making an impact.

Data analytics company Fullstory Inc. announced today that it had acquired Usetiful, an Estonian digital adoption platform startup known for deploying guides and surveys in applications, for an undisclosed sum. Founded in 2019, Usetiful offers a platform that is designed to help software companies streamline user onboarding and boost feature adoption. The platform offers no-code tools for creating interactive product tours, onboarding checklists, tooltips and in-app messages that guide users through key workflows. The platform supports customer success and does so by allowing product teams to deliver personalized, contextual help when users need it. It also allows companies to automate guidance for different user personas or stages in the customer journey through behavioral triggers and segmentation.
