- Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Good written and spoken English or Chinese.
- Computer skills, including SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word.
- Knowledge of drawings and project management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and cooperate internationally.
- Support various activities in the project management department.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams during the project development phase.
- Support the project manager in monitoring and controlling project tasks to keep them on track.
- Assist with project planning, organize meetings, and record meeting minutes.
- Work with project managers or end users to identify business needs.
- Support tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Commit to an internship period of 4–12 months, preferably starting as soon as possible.
