Requirements
  • You have a Bac+3/4 and wish to prepare an MBA (M1) in Human Resources Management at the school.
  • You have good knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
  • You have fluent English proficiency.
  • You have good knowledge of computer tools, including Pack Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • You have analytical and synthesis abilities.
  • You have interpersonal ease and a team-oriented approach.
  • You demonstrate rigor, organization, and autonomy.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in defining the company's recruitment strategy.
  • Write and distribute job offers across various recruitment channels.
  • Preselect applications and conduct recruitment interviews.
  • Assess candidates' skills and aptitudes.
  • Participate in final decision-making and the onboarding of new employees.
  • Monitor the onboarding of new employees.
  • Participate in managing international mobility and employee expatriation.
  • Collaborate with human resources teams to evaluate HR policies and facilitate the HR Lab.
  • Participate in legal and social monitoring.
  • Participate in managing labor tribunal procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • A second foreign language would be an advantage.
