- You have good knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
- You have fluent English proficiency.
- You have good knowledge of computer tools, including Pack Office and applicant tracking systems.
- You have analytical and synthesis abilities.
- You have interpersonal ease and a team-oriented approach.
- You demonstrate rigor, organization, and autonomy.
- Participate in defining the company's recruitment strategy.
- Write and distribute job offers across various recruitment channels.
- Preselect applications and conduct recruitment interviews.
- Assess candidates' skills and aptitudes.
- Participate in final decision-making and the onboarding of new employees.
- Monitor the onboarding of new employees.
- Participate in managing international mobility and employee expatriation.
- Collaborate with human resources teams to evaluate HR policies and facilitate the HR Lab.
