Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Summary of Position

The position of Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting global consolidation, reporting, and analysis. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment, where keen attention to detail and an ability to develop partnerships throughout the business is crucial to success.

Essential Functions

Support consolidation of global forecast, identifying key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
Support monthly close analysis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Manage Global Margin Forecast analysis and identify key commercial insights
Drive internal process improvements, with a focus on standardization and automation
Assist in creation of executive presentations
Create sophisticated financial models to aid in scenario analysis and investment decisions
Develop strong partnerships across Global Finance organization
Proactively drive ad-hoc analyses and special projects

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
Previous experience with budgeting and analysis, preferably in consumer products
Proven analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
Objective oriented with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement
Exceptional communication and social skills, proven ability to partner cross-functionally
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel
Previous experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive
