Personnel and Payroll Lead
About the job
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Eight to ten years of relevant experience in personnel and payroll operations.
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Experience handling payroll processing, personnel administration, and labor law compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS and payroll systems, preferably Menaitech.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.
- Experience managing employee contracts, personnel files, and payroll processing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Oversee all personnel and payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Manage employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supervise the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and allowances.
- Ensure accurate calculation of social insurance contributions, taxes, and other statutory deductions.
- Manage employee attendance, leaves, and personnel-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and review HR Operations reports for management.
- Lead and supervise the personnel and payroll team.
