Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Must have an excellent knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and best practices
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred, willingness to become certified at a minimum of greenbelt within the first two years is required.
Responsibilities
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures across all manufacturing phases, from design to production to delivery.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for quality-related problems, working to eliminate defects, reduce warranty claims and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product development ensure the effective integration of quality into all processes, products, and services.
  • Develop and implement a robust supplier quality management program to evaluate, monitor, and improve supplier performance.
  • Implement and maintain supplier corrective action processes to address non-conformances and ensure root cause analysis and timely resolution.
  • Measure, track, trend and create proactive action plans for quality and customer satisfaction across the entire brand.
  • Baseline current and improve upon quality goals, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives focused on continual improvement and reduction and process variation.
  • Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization through training, workshops, and quality awareness campaigns.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to drive root cause analysis and action planning.
  • Consistently exhibit company values in all interactions with associates and customers.
  • Must be willing to travel (minimum 10%).
