  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or other directly relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience designing and developing instructional materials and programs within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Creative skills in designing instructional graphics and user interfaces
  • Proficiency in learning technologies and instructional design best practices
  • Experience in creating assessments to measure learning effectiveness
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
  • Experience as a seller, training, or leadership is desired
  • Experience with Enablement Platforms (Seismic, Highspot, Workramp, Mindtickle, Articulate Rise, Vyond)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing scalable foundational and role-specific onboarding programs
  • Owning the end-to-end new hire onboarding program for revenue and customer team roles
  • Establishing program objectives, success metrics, and milestones
  • Partnering with the Learning Enablement Manager to design training content
  • Facilitating in-person sessions and workshops
  • Building and running a reinforcement strategy for core onboarding concepts
  • Reporting quarterly trends to leadership team
  • Capturing feedback on Onboarding programs
  • Working closely with cross-functional partners to iterate on new hire programming
  • Collaborating with sales leaders to build a scalable mentorship program
  • Partnering with the Recruiting team to streamline new hire start process
