Requirements
  • 3 to 4+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in DEI or people-related programs.

Responsibilities
  • Drive small-mid scale, end-to-end projects and programs that support Affirm's DEI strategy.
  • Provide project and program management support, including monitoring project progress and keeping projects and tasks on track, keeping cross-functional partners appropriately engaged and informed, and actively resolving issues.
  • Assist with vendor management, project budgeting/planning/logistics management, and internal/external communication on DEI matters.
  • Collaborate with our People Business Partners, Onboarding/Engagement/Learning & Development/Talent Management partners, ERG leaders, and business leaders to understand DEI needs.
  • Help analyze engagement and DEI survey data; help set and execute DEI goals and action plans using data.
  • Serve as first-in-line support for team support channels (e.g., Workday ticketing and general learning Slack messages from employees).
  • Support the administrative elements across our portfolio of programs (e.g., calendaring, drafting employee communications, building project plans, tracking deliverables, updating and organizing data, and responding to employee/manager questions).
  • Support maintaining data integrity for our program's systems/tools and dashboards to help track programs' effectiveness using various metrics.
  • Input, analyze, synthesize data, and complete external research to identify patterns and new ideas that can help improve programs and processes.

It allows consumers to make purchases and pay for them over time through installment plans, often without hidden fees or deferred interest. Affirm partners with merchants to integrate its payment solutions into both online and in-store shopping experiences, using user-friendly plugins and APIs. The company earns revenue from interest and fees on the loans it provides to consumers, as well as from fees charged to merchants for offering its financing options. Affirm also offers a merchant dashboard for transaction processing and promotional tools to help businesses market these financing options effectively. The goal of Affirm is to empower consumers with flexible payment options while providing value to merchants in the e-commerce and retail sectors.
