About the job
- A bachelor's degree in a related area and two years of relevant experience, or a minimum of four years of verified relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience resolving issues in Windows 11 and Windows Server environments, including configuration management practices and version control standards.
- Ability to apply security updates and address vulnerabilities on client systems.
- Familiarity with Esri software and ArcGIS Enterprise components, such as ArcGIS Server, Portal, Web Adaptor, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Online.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently in a remote environment.
- Provide assistance and maintenance for Esri applications.
- Apply understanding of GIS workflows and datasets within a complex GIS context.
- Provide administrative support within Windows and Esri environments.
- Experience with other GIS applications such as Global Mapper and GDAL.
