What We Look For:
Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida
Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care

Better Health Group provides a national primary care platform that helps clinicians participate in value-based care. It offers a dual-operating model: physicians can retain ownership of their practices and partner with Better Health Group’s MSO and ACOs, or work as employees at company-owned clinics, earning revenue through health-plan partnerships that take on financial risk across Medicare Advantage, Medicare ACOs, Medicaid, and commercial plans. Its platform integrates a practice’s EMR with data from prescriptions and hospital visits to generate actionable care-management recommendations while handling administrative tasks like outreach, coding and billing, quality reporting, and payer relations. The company aims to shift from reactive sick care to proactive Better Health care, supporting nationwide expansion and population health improvements.
